Event Terms and Conditions 

1.General 

1.1 By registering for or attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1.2 The event is organized by Melissa Pitotti, Facilitating the Future Ltd (hereafter referred to as "the Organizer"). 

1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or timing as needed. 

 2. Registration and Payment 

2.1 Registration for the event must be completed through the official registration form or online portal. 

2.2 All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your registration. 

2.3 Registrations are non-transferable unless agreed upon by the Organizer in writing. 

 3. Cancellations and Refunds 

3.1 If you wish to cancel your registration, a written notice must be provided to the Organizer. 

3.2 Cancellations made before October 8th, 2024, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

3.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 9th, 2024. However, substitutions may be accepted upon approval. 

3.4 In the unlikely event that the Organizer cancels or postpones the event, registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date. 

 4. Event Conduct 

4.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully at all times during the event. 

4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or harmful to the event or other participants. 

4.3 The Organizer may record or photograph the event, and by attending, participants agree to appear in these materials for promotional purposes. 

 5. Travel, Accommodation, and Refreshments 

5.1 Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the event. 

5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any travel delays or missed attendance due to transportation issues. 

5.3 Accommodation and refreshments ahead of the event 25th – 27th October 2024, are not included in the ticket price. 

 6. Disability, Medical Conditions, and Dietary Requirements 

6.1 If you have any specific requirements due to a disability, medical condition, or dietary restrictions, please notify the Organizer at least two weeks prior to the event. 

6.2 The Organizer will make every effort to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee availability if notified late. 

 7. Health and Safety 

7.1 The Organizer will comply with all local health and safety guidelines and regulations in effect at the time of the event. 

7.2 Participants are required to adhere to any health and safety measures, including but not limited to social distancing, mask-wearing, and sanitization, as instructed by the Organizer. 

 7.3 The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury that may arise from attending the event. 

 8. Intellectual Property 

8.1 All content, materials, presentations, and information provided during the event, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio, are the intellectual property of the Organizer or the respective speakers, unless otherwise indicated. 

8.2 Participants may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property from the event for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Organizer or the respective owner. 

8.3 Any materials distributed during the event are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Participants are prohibited from recording, distributing, or sharing event content without explicit permission from the Organizer. 

 9. Liability 

9.1 The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event, except where such injury or loss is due to the Organizer’s gross negligence. 

9.2 Participants attend the event at their own risk, and the Organizer assumes no responsibility for any damages or expenses incurred as a result of the event’s cancellation or changes. 

 10. Data Protection 

10.1 The Organizer will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

10.2 By registering for the event, you consent to the use of your personal data for event communication purposes. 

 11. Governing Law 

11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. 

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
